- Length of Documents
- There is a surcharge for expedited turnaround times:
- Call us for 24-hour turnaround
- 24-48-hour turnaround: +30%
- 48-72-hour turnaround: +20%
- Listening to documents for quality control is subject to hourly rates
- Alt text for images and/or graphics
- Transcription: $1.30 per minute. Register or Sign-in and upload your file and we will confirm your price quote. This price is separate from e-508's service. Payment is upon completion (credit card or approved invoice agreement).
After uploading your document through e-508, your order will undergo a pricing review. You will then be able to see your pricing in the status page.
